(Senior) Manager Asset Management
Our Financial Services team supports renowned corporations across Germany’s banking, insurance and asset management sectors on a diverse range of projects. We are seeking new colleagues who bring proven expertise and are keen to make a meaningful contribution.
As part of our project teams for asset managers and investment management companies (KVGs), you will gain deep insights into complex topics and current industry developments. You will also have the freedom to shape your career path according to your ambitions – with support from the entire team up to board level.
Your responsibilities
- Your priority is the successful delivery of projects to the highest standard of quality
- You may choose to focus on project management or develop specialist expertise in regulatory or technical topics
- You will further develop your capabilities through a personalised training plan with our support
- Together with us, you will refine your business case to enable sustainable project acquisition and strong utilisation – and, if interested, we will support your path towards (equity) partnership
- Optionally, you can contribute to the further strategic development of our firm through Corporate Development initiatives

Your profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset: accountability, self-motivation, and an active approach to shaping your own career
- Interest in the business models of asset managers and investment management companies, with at least three years’ experience in these areas, at a custodian bank, or in a consulting firm
- Knowledge of front-to-back processes and core regulatory requirements, as well as current market-relevant topics (sustainability, digitalisation, digital assets)
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to prioritise
- As a Manager (all genders) you have already started to build an initial network of potential clients, with the opportunity to expand this together with us through to active client acquisition
- As a Senior Manager (all genders), you have already developed a business case and established reliable contacts with potential clients
- You have at least a good university degree in economics, (business) mathematics or a comparable field
- You deliver excellent work and project results
- You have very good German skills (for non-native speakers at least good German skills and the willingness to further improve them)
- You have very good English skills
