- You further develop your skills with our support through an individual training plan
- Together with us, you further develop your business case for sustainable project acquisition to ensure your utilisation – if you are interested, we support you on the path to (equity) partnership
- Optionally, you can contribute to the further strategic development of our firm through Corporate Development initiatives
Your benefits
- Individual career paths: You decide on your workload and areas of focus – we support you from a specialist career without additional sales responsibility through to setting up your own subsidiary for a suitable business case
- Very attractive remuneration with a transparent salary model and an employee participation scheme
- Option for individual working time arrangements (four-day week, increased number of annual leave days, regular sabbaticals)
- Permanent employment contract
- Individual career coaching, including coverage of training costs
- Resources to help you implement your business case
- A workplace at WeWork Frankfurt, in your home office and at the client’s premises
- Top-tier IT equipment, meal allowance doubled and regular voluntary team events
- A great and successful team that is looking forward to welcoming you on board.
Your profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivation, accountability, and an active approach to shaping your own career.
- A keen interest in the business models of asset managers and investment management companies, with at least three years of experience in these areas, a custodian bank, or a consulting firm.
- Understanding of front-to-back processes, as well as solid knowledge of key regulatory requirements and current market topics (sustainability, digitalisation, digital assets).
- Independent and solution-oriented working style, with strong prioritisation skills.
